Floor 1:

This floor is the current entrance to the building. It is also currently under construction and later will have an second keycard/barcode scanner entrance providing full access to the facility alongside multiple on campus resturaunts.

Floor 2:

This floor contains 2 "Fitness Rooms", ..., ... .

These Fitness Rooms Contain:
  • 6 Cables Connected in 2's
  • Bunch of Barbell racks
  • Small barbells 50-100 lbs
  • Dumbbells up to 100 lbs
  • Only a few benches
  • 3 lat pulldown machines
  • Separate area with ~5 dumbbell benches
  • A bunch of dumbbell racks with super heavy weights
  • Competitive looking squat racks

Floor 3:

This floor is a "Fitness Room", ..., and the remaining third of the floor is for Turf/Mobility .

This Fitness Room Contains:
  • 1 Seated Leg Press Machine
  • 1 Leg Extension
  • 1 Lying Leg Curl
  • 1 Glutes Machine
  • 1 Hip Abductor Machine
  • 1 Hip Adductor Machine
  • 1 Chest Fly/Rear Delt Machine
  • 1 Bicep curl machine
  • 6 Punching Bags
  • 1 Seated Leg Curl Machine
  • 5 body weight pull up/dip areas (not sure abt the grip tho)
  • Very very small dumbbell section with no benches
  • 4 individual cables
  • 2 Lat Pulldown Cable
  • 2 Row Cable
  • Kettlebells

Floor 4:

This floor has a "Fitness Room", the rock wall bottom, and the top of the mobility ramp.

This Fitness Room Contains:
  • 2 Chest Press (Plate Loaded)
  • 4 squat racks (stupid fucking grooved bars)
  • Group of benches with dumbbells
  • Bunch of incline and decline benches (permanently clined)
  • Seated barbell shoulder press (not machines)
  • 3 Smith machines

Floor 5:

This floor is currently the primary entrance to the facility until construction is fully complete. Outside the facility entrance is a balcony looking at floor 4 and the rock wall as well as some tables and chairs to sit and chill. Under construction is a potential outdoor balcony for this floor as well. Inside the facility entrance, this floor contains the Swimming Pool, Ping Pong Table, Locker Rooms, and is the primary access point for the inner facilities main stairwell and elevators.

Floor 6:

This floor contains a Fitness room and the 8 Pickball/Badminton Courts.

This Fitness Room Contains:
  • 1 Leg extension
  • 1 Seated leg curl
  • 1 Machine seated leg press
  • 1 Glute machine
  • 8 Benches for dumbbells (dumbbells 3 racks from 5lbs - 50lbs)
  • 1 Hip Adductor Machine
  • 1 Hip Abductor Machine
  • 1 Bicep Curl Machine
  • 1 Machine Row
  • 1 Lat Pulldown Machine
  • 1 Tricep Press Machine (Tricep Dip Machine)
  • Stairmasters
  • Treadmills
  • Two Octagon Barbell station things
  • Two individual cables

Floor 7:

This floor is primarily the 2 Fitness rooms although the smaller second one is normally locked.

This Fitness Room Contains:
  • More medium dumbbells and benches like floor 6 (good mirror for dumbbell free weights)
  • 4 individual cables
  • 2 Seated rows cable
  • 2 Lat Pulldown Cable
  • 2 Smith machine and regular combo and benches
  • 1 Iso-Lateral Low Row Plate Loaded
  • 1 Iso-Lateral Plate Loaded Pulldown
  • 1 Iso-Lateral Plate Loaded Pullover
  • 1 Iso-Lateral Plate Loaded Row
  • 2 Plate Loaded Seated Leg Press
  • 1 Hack Squat
  • 1 Belt Squat

Floor 8:

This floor is the 4 basketball courts, the stress free room, and some studio rooms.

Floor 9:

This floor is the sky track and a small streching/warm up zone.
